Legacy Golf Course Update III

Because the new owners' long-term intentions toward the golf course remain unclear, and the

TRO is only temporary, the plaintiff communities, including Green Valley Village, are moving forward with the litigation. Trial in this matter is scheduled to begin on March 14, 2018. Recently, the Court reserved the following days for trial: March 14-16, 19-22. The parties are not required to use all seven days and counsel believes that the trial will not last that long. Due to high demand and limited space, access to the courtroom during trial will be very difficult to obtain and available to only those that have made advance arrangements. However, regular updates will be provided through this website.
