Tenant & Property Registration

During a recent Board Meeting, the Board discussed the importance of owners registering the tenants and property management companies with HOA Management. As a reminder, per the governing documents lease agreements must be in writing for a term of at least thirty (30) days.

If your property is a rental , please visit the following links below to register the property management (if applicable) and tenant accordingly. The Board will start to send out violation notices for properties that are not registered with the HOA Management.
